  • Monday 7:30am-6:00pm;
  • Tuesday through Friday 7:30am-5:00pm
• Job Setting:
  • Primary Care Office
• Types of Cases:
  • ?Full spectrum of family medicine including direct patient care, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, teaching and mentoring, quality improvement initiatives, and community health support. Documented in Epic EMR.
• Team:
  • 2 providers, 3 APPs, 2 LMSW, PharmD, Care Manager, and 21 support staff
• Teaching Opportunities:
  • Yes
    - Residents, Medical Students, Fellows
• Call Requirements:
  • On-call shared between multiple offices. Physicians rotate approximately 8 on-call weeks per year depending on the number of providers in the call pool.

• Board Certified/Board Eligible:
  • Board Certified
  • Board Eligible (must achieve Board Certification within 2 years of becoming Board Eligible)
  • Open to new graduates.
• Certifications:
  • BLS, ACLS (or willing to obtain);
    Controlled Substance (CSR/CDS); DEA (or willing to obtain)
• Licensure:
  • Active Michigan Medical License (or ability to obtain)
• Malpractice:
  • Clean malpractice history (preferred)
• Visa:
  • Open to candidates requiring J1 or H1B visa support
