Schedule:

Full-time Monday 7:30am-6:00pm;
Tuesday through Friday 7:30am-5:00pm Job Setting:
Primary Care Office Types of Cases: ? Full spectrum of family medicine including direct patient care, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, teaching and mentoring, quality improvement initiatives, and community health support. Documented in Epic EMR. Team: 2 providers, 3 APPs, 2 LMSW, PharmD, Care Manager, and 21 support staff Teaching Opportunities:

- Residents, Medical Students, Fellows Call Requirements:
On-call shared between multiple offices. Physicians rotate approximately 8 on-call weeks per year depending on the number of providers in the call pool. Compensation & Benefits:

Minimum Requirements Board Certified/Board Eligible:
Board Certified Board Eligible (must achieve Board Certification within 2 years of becoming Board Eligible) Open to new graduates.

Certifications:

BLS, ACLS (or willing to obtain);
Controlled Substance (CSR/CDS); DEA (or willing to obtain) Licensure:
