  Clinic:
  Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:30am - noon, 24-hr call
• Practice Setting:
  In clinic and 24 hr call
• Types of Cases:
  Suction dilation and curettage (D&C), Laparoscopy, Read Obstetrical non-stress test (NST), Caesareans, Circumcisions, Tubal Ligations
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC/Dragon
• Certifications
  
  Required:
  
  Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Life Support (PALS)
• Board certified and active state license or interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) required
