1.0 FTE, Science teacher at Clarkston High School
Qualifications:
- Valid Secondary Michigan Teaching Certificate (Grades 6-12) with a Science (DI) Endorsement; A candidate with both a (DI) and Math (EX) endorsement would be a plus
- Science major is required
- Must meet Michigan Highly Qualified Teacher qualifications in subject area; MTTC test is preferred
- Willingness and ability to work cooperatively. Experience in secondary education is preferred
- Credential file documentation of successful attainment, excellent student teacher and/or teaching experiences
- Candidates interested in sponsoring extra-curricular activities preferred, such as clubs, forensics, etc.
- Computer/Technology knowledge such as Microsoft Office, Internet, E-Mail, Creation of web pages, etc.
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable
Appropriate placement based on experience on the current Teacher's Master Agreement.
