Elementary Lunch Attendant
- Part Time

Monday - Friday (12:00 pm - 2:00 pm)

Reports to:

Building Principal

Job Summary:

The Elementary Lunch Aide helps in maintaining a safe, clean, and respectful environment for students during lunchtime. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude while working collaboratively with staff and students.

● Help maintain cleanliness and order in the cafeteria and lunch/recess areas.

● Model respectful, responsible behavior consistent with school values and expectations.

● Assists with wiping tables, stacking chairs, and emptying trash.

● Perform other related duties as assigned by the principal or supervisor.

Qualifications

● High school diploma or equivalent.

● Must be 18 years old.

● Ability to work cooperatively with teachers and students.

● Positive attitude and rapport with teachers and students.

● Excellent communication skills.

Work Environment

* This position may require long periods of standing, sitting, and walking.

● This position may require occasional lifting of supplies.

● Interaction with administrators, food service staff, and teachers.
