• Participate in a faculty culture of faith and friendship centered on the love of Christ and the pursuit of Truth, Goodness, and Beauty.
• Foster joyful order in the classroom and the school and help inspire in students a sense of wonder and a delight in learning.
• Help instill in students a piety for God and a love of neighbor.
• Form students and call them to virtuous living through the implementation of an intentional discipline policy.
• Work with school leadership in coaching sessions with the goal of improving in the craft of teaching.

Bachelor's degree with MTTC Spanish certification or a native-born Spanish speaker; in agreement with and support of the Catholic worldview; a strong commitment to Catholic education and the Classical Model of education. Please indicate any areas of expertise or subjects of interest.

Teaching experience at a Classical school or willingness and openness to be trained;
Teaching certification;
Advanced degree. Knowledge of, or willingness to be trained in, the Disciple of Christ-Education in Virtue curriculum.
