We are searching for a qualified art teacher to join us in delivering high‑quality learning experience at school.

• Bachelor's Degree in Art Education
• Michigan Teaching Certification in K‑12 Art Education or similar endorsement (preferred; if not, teacher prep program required)
• Thorough knowledge of Michigan’s art curriculum
• Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office software
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Flexible, open‑minded, and self‑driven team member
• At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred
• Citizenship, residency, or work visa required

• Provide engaging lesson plans that adhere to the curriculum for the grade level
• Implement appropriate instructional and learning strategies, activities, and materials
• Ensure comprehension of learning styles and student needs
• Create and implement lesson plans with modifications for differences in student learning styles
• Use analytics and data to drive instruction and promote learning
• Create a classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of the students
• Plan activities and projects that are relevant to the students' needs
