Instructional Aide

The chosen candidate will be an Edu Staff employee at Independence Elementary. Minimum qualifications include strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate well to staff and students. The candidate should have a willingness to learn developmentally appropriate educational practices. Responsibilities include assisting in producing and organizing the learning environment, equipment, and materials. Provide individual or small group student support. Provide other assistance as requested by the teachers.

Lunchroom supervision. Playground supervision. Ability to walk long distances. Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time. Other appropriate duties as assigned. Reports to Building Principal. Starting date August 17, 2026. Salary:
