Genesee Academy is seeking a dynamic and creative Visual Art Teacher to join our passionate team for the upcoming school year.

• Teach visual arts to elementary, middle, and/or high school students.
• Design and deliver engaging lessons in drawing, painting, sculpture, mixed media, and art appreciation.
• Foster students' creativity, self-expression, and artistic skills.
• Organize student artwork displays and participate in school events and exhibitions.
• Maintain a positive, organized, and inspiring classroom environment.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to refine teaching strategies and curriculum.
• Evaluate student progress through assignments, assessments, and projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Art Education, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).
• Michigan Teaching Certificate preferred.
• Experience teaching art to school-age students is preferred.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
