High School Vice Principal (2026‑2027)

Harper Creek High School is seeking an exceptional educational leader who supports the Principal in leading and managing the overall school program, promoting a safe, positive, and effective learning environment. This role helps ensure strong school culture, effective daily operations, and collaboration among staff, students, and families.

Work 220 days per year. Collaborate with the Principal to develop and implement school‑wide academic and behavioral standards. Maintain a safe and positive learning environment. Foster collaboration among staff, students, and families. Provide leadership in school operations and culture.

• Up‑to‑date credentials including at least two (2) recent letters of recommendation.
• Applicants with current employment as a teacher or administrator must submit most recent Evaluation Summary.
• Transcript of Degree and graduate credit (student copy acceptable at this time).
