Qualifications- Must be approved to sub through Edu Staff.
- Valid State of Michigan teaching certificate preferred.
- Successful preparation for and attainment of student achievement through effective instructional practices.
- Demonstrated ability to work and communicate with students of all ability levels to meet their academic, behavioral, and emotional needs; proven ability to communicate with parents and other educators.
- Strong interpersonal skills with students.
- Ability to foster a classroom culture that is engaging, student‑focused, and effectively managed.
- Familiarity with Multi‑Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS).
$150-200/day, depending on qualifications (third‑party contracted through Edu Staff)
