Lunchroom Supervisor
Supervise students during assigned lunch periods.
Monitor student behavior to ensure a safe, respectful, and orderly environment.
Assist students as needed while encouraging positive interactions and appropriate behavior.
Reinforce school rules and expectations consistently and respectfully.
Communicate concerns or incidents to the appropriate administrator in a timely manner.
Work collaboratively with administrators, teachers, and support staff to maintain a positive school environment.
Monitor assigned areas, which may include the cafeteria, hallways, outside, or other supervision locations.
Assist with arrival, dismissal, or other student supervision duties as assigned.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent attendance record.
Excellent work record.
Previous experience working with school-age children.
Must display a positive attitude with students, staff, and parents at all times.
Ability to work effectively with a variety of staff members.
Ability to function independently with minimal direction.
Ability to supervise and interact with large groups of students.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Serve as a positive role model for students.
Good moral character.
Ability to lift and perform the physical requirements of the position.
Knowledge of CPR and First Aid is preferred.
Must sign a Confidentiality Agreement.
Must sign a Technology Agreement.
Must be available and able to perform all assigned job duties.
