- Elementary Teacher – Positive, dedicated individual with current knowledge of curriculum standards, strategies, and best practices in the elementary setting for a long‑term substitute position for the full 2026‑2027 school year.
- Reliable, builds relationships with students, staff, and community; able to plan and present lessons to facilitate student understanding and application of curriculum at the K‑5 level.
- Knowledge of elementary music, art, and Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) education desired.
- Open to working with students of different needs and abilities in a general education or special education setting.
- Able to work closely with other teachers and maintain the organization and management of the classroom setting.
- Knowledge of interventions, restorative practices, and positive behavior support strategies desired.
- Meets credit requirements for long‑term substitute in the State of Michigan.
- Current elementary teaching certification or enrolled in an elementary teaching certification program preferred.
