Before/After School Childcare Support Staff (Hamilton Elementary)

Hamilton Community Schools is seeking an individual to serve as before and after school childcare staff member.

Before & After School Childcare Coordinator FLSA STATUS:
Nonexempt

Hourly Pay Rate: $15.64/hour

Hours:

• School year work hours:
  Monday-Friday 3:45-6pm
• Availability to work as scheduled on planned district full/half days (6 hour shifts), and extra hours as needed to complete professional development requirements.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Supervise and support children as directed by the site supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 17 years of age
• Must maintain a positive and professional attitude
• Experience working with children preferred
• Have a caring, patient, flexible demeanor
• Regular, predictable attendance
• Must have strong communication skills
• Must receive background check, and additional onboarding training requirements.
• High school students may apply for the 3:45-6pm shift.
