Job DescriptionSummary: The Substitute role is an on‑call, as‑needed position. Opportunities to substitute will vary depending on the absence of a teacher.
$160.00 is the daily substitute rate. This is a non‑benefit eligible role.
Duties and Responsibilities- Ability to execute a lesson plan that is assigned by the teacher.
- Provide clear instruction and assist scholars in understanding a subject matter while maintaining discipline and control of the classroom.
- Demonstrate moral focus and personal values to all stakeholders.
- Self‑starter with effective classroom management skills, strong leadership, and a passion for educating students.
- Must meet state requirements for being a Substitute.
