The Echo Grove Camp Center Program Assistant supports all camp programs, including office and program-related tasks, greeting visitors, and guiding activities in the absence of the Program Director.
Responsibilities include scheduling, supervising the summer ministry team, maintaining a positive climate, hosting guest groups in August, leading activities, and safety training for staff. Must be willing to train staff and respond to emergencies as needed.
