POSITIONPhysical Education Teacher – Middle School
REQUIREMENTS- Valid Michigan Teaching Certificate with Physical Education endorsement or ability to obtain
- Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certification or willingness to obtain
- Knowledge of Michigan Academic Standards for Health and Physical Education.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage student behavior and create a positive learning environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to integrate instructional technology into teaching and assessment.
- Experience teaching Middle School students
- Bachelors degree or higher in Physical Education, Kinesiology, or related field
- Knowledge of child and adolescent development
- Commitment to equity, inclusion, and student success
