Qualifications:

• 18 years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred experience in the areas of science, science competitions, working with students
• Demonstrates dependability and promptness
• Can establish effective and prompt communication between team members, parents and other members of the coaching staff
• Ability to assume responsibility for supervising students
• Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships with students, staff, parents and the general public with the understanding that confidentiality should be exhibited
• Ability to foster individual improvement in the skills of creation, teamwork, and exploration
• Provide a foundation for integrity, pride of accomplishment, sportsmanship, self-discipline, goal setting, teamwork and self-confidence.

Hamilton Community Schools is a rural district in West Michigan, located south of Holland and east of Saugatuck.
