- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Certification endorsement in subject area (BA, BX, DI, DX, EX, RX, etc.).
- Experience with on-line learning preferred.
- A valid Michigan Teacher Certificate.

- Experience with on-line learning preferred.
- Provides individualized and small group instruction in order to adapt the curriculum to the needs of each student.
- Transforms lesson plans into learning experiences so as to best utilize the available time for instruction.
- Establishes and maintains standards of student behavior needed to achieve a functional learning atmosphere in the classroom.
- Evaluates students' academic and social growth, keeps appropriate records, and prepares progress reports.
- Maintains current student data including all relevant measures of academic progress.
- Performs such other tasks and assumes such other responsibilities as may from time to time be assigned by the building administrator.
Salary and exceptional fringe benefits based upon BEA Collective Bargaining Agreement.
RequirementsAll newly hired employees must satisfactorily pass:
- Reference checks.
- Police clearance including digital fingerprinting (Live Scan).
