Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of the Link Crew program, including recruitment, training, and ongoing support for Link Crew leaders.
- Develop a comprehensive plan for freshman orientation and transition activities in collaboration with school leadership and Link Crew leaders.
- Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and events for Link Crew leaders throughout the school year.

Training and Development:
- Design and implement training sessions for Link Crew leaders to equip them with the skills and knowledge needed to mentor freshmen effectively.
- Provide ongoing support, guidance, and feedback to Link Crew leaders as they fulfill their mentoring roles.
- Foster a sense of teamwork, leadership, and responsibility among Link Crew leaders.

Freshman Support:
- Collaborate with school counselors, teachers, and administrators to identify incoming freshmen who may benefit from additional support and mentorship.
- Assign Link Crew leaders to mentor individual freshmen or small groups, providing academic and social support as needed.
