Qualifications- Proven record of excellent attendance
- Ability to work as a team player
- Self-initiating
- Work under the direction of certified staff
- Ability to adapt to changing situations, flexibility
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to be trained and to perform minor medical procedures
- Willingness to assist students with toileting
- Ability to assist with academic coursework
- Willingness to learn, to grow as a professional
- Willingness to be trained in and implement CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) or other district behavior modification plans
- Willing to work in the community or alternative sites
- Ability to follow student(s) academic and social plans
- Other duties as assigned
