Job Description About the role 11 SEN TA Do you have high expectations that all children can achieve their full potential? Tanners Wood is a two form entry school with a commitment to ensuring that all children are included.

We are looking for a person who ideally has experience working with children with special needs, is confident, flexible and able to support a child 1:1. Every day will be different and you will be able to make a difference. The support is for our nursery class. This would be a fixed term contract until 21st July 2027. Previous experience of working with children with SEN would be advantageous.
A Level 3 qualification in children`s care, learning and development is desirable. Candidates must possess both Maths and English GCSE qualifications.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8. 50pm to 1pm. The salary will be H1-H2 depending on experience, the salaries indicated are based on 20 hours and 50 minutes per week term time only.
