Key
Qualifications:
- Hold a current full license or valid Temporary or Full Approval as a School Psychologist from the Michigan Department of Education.
- Experience collaborating within general education settings and fostering positive, professional relationships.
- Demonstrated background working with school-aged children.
- Proficiency in conducting multidisciplinary assessments.
- Knowledge of K-12 curriculum development and the latest behavioral support strategies.
- Preferred experience with students in Special Education programs.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive psychological services as part of a multidisciplinary team to students from Kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Conduct assessments and interpret the results to guide educational and behavioral interventions.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and strategies for student success.
- Contribute expertise to behavioral and academic support programs.
- Keep thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with all state, federal, and district guidelines.
