FORVIA HELLA Electronics Corporation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Systems Engineer – Lighting Electronics. The focus of this role will be to guide the overall application development for a complex next-generation ECU.

• Guide all local application development as the primary technical point of contact.
• Coordinate local design support activities for production launches.
• Act as the local expert for all product architecture, including its scope, boundaries, limitations, and capabilities.
• Manage and align technical changes for the local and global teams.
• Provide technical support when detailed explanations are required.
• Actively communicate with the customer on technical topics and provide customer product support.

• +5 years experience developing products related to Lighting including electronics (head lamps, rear lamps, interior lamps, LED driver modules, or infotainment)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
• 3+ years of experience supporting change management topics
• Ability to manage cross-domain assignments with high levels of composure and work in a cross-functional global team
• Inter-cultural adaptability and collaboration is a must
• Excellent communication skills: verbal, written and presentation
• Experience working in cross-functional and multi-engineering discipline team
