Salary Range: $78,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of manufacturing projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, involving cross-functional teams from engineering, production, and quality.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans, tracking progress against milestones.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, particularly those related to production timelines, equipment, and supply chain.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders, including internal teams, vendors, and senior leadership.
• Monitor project quality and performance, ensuring adherence to manufacturing standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing processes through project implementation and post-project reviews.

Recommended Qualifications

• Experience managing complex projects within a manufacturing or production environment.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality control principles.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and project management software.
• Demonstrated experience applying Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications, engineering drawings, and manufacturing documentation.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with manufacturing-specific ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex)
• Direct experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, robotics, additive manufacturing)
• Knowledge of relevant industry quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949)
