Key Responsibilities- Develop, optimize, and standardize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
- Design, procure, and implement tooling, fixtures, and equipment to support production requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues, root causes, and production bottlenecks.
- Create and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flows, and BOMs.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by ensuring manufacturability and smooth transition from design to production.
- Implement continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, improve yields, and drive corrective actions.
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on process optimization and efficiency.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, AutoCAD) for tooling, fixture design, and process layout.
- Demonstrated experience applying Lean Manufacturing principles (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping) and problem‑solving methodologies.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to identify process bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
- Proficiency with advanced simulation software (e.g., Arena, Flex Sim) or specific MES/ERP systems.
- Hands‑on experience with industrial robotics programming or advanced automation solutions.
- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
