CAD​/CAM Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide technical sales support for all products, including interfacing with operations, the external sales force, and customers.
• Consult with customers and suppliers regarding their applications and help design custom solutions.
• Resolve questions from key customer decision makers, contract engineers, and contractors.
• Create cost estimates for custom or modified products.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to meet launch dates and revenue targets.
• Research targeted accounts and identify potential opportunities.
• Maximize sales and create demand for products.
• Maintain awareness of market activities and competitive landscape.
• Arrange and conduct Lunch & Learn seminars with existing and potential customers.
• Generate and present white papers and product presentations.

• 2+ years of experience in Technical Sales, Application Engineering, Product Specialist, Product Marketing, Product Engineering, or a related field.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering preferred.
• ISO knowledge and experience is helpful.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests while maintaining a culture of accountability and execution.
• Willingness to travel as needed; travel will be minimal.
• Preference for prior CAD experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP software skills.
• Project management experience.
