Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Whitehall region seeking Lean Manufacturing Engineers. These employers partner with us because they want real insight into candidates—not just resumes. By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies.
  • Analyze manufacturing processes and data to identify waste and inefficiencies.
  • Design and implement visual management systems and 5S programs.
  • Develop and deliver training on Lean principles and tools to production teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production flow and reduce lead times.
  • Conduct time studies and value stream mapping to identify improvement opportunities.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience implementing Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
  • Proficiency in manufacturing process analysis and optimization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration

Bonus Qualifications

  • Black Belt certification
  • Experience with simulation software (e.g., Arena, Flex Sim)
  • Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
