Design your career where others vacation — on the shores of Lake Michigan.
A day in the lifeMorning starts with a quick walk-through of the Manistique paper mill, a 24/7 operation producing 100% recycled brown kraft paper rolls. You review overnight logs, partner with Operations on a reliability concern, and jump in hands‑on to diagnose an instrumentation signal. By mid‑morning, you're collaborating with Maintenance to plan a preventive upgrade; after lunch, you meet with Engineering to advance a capital project from concept toward commissioning.
Before the day wraps, you update safety action items and capture cost savings from process optimizations you helped implement on the plant floor.

- Provide electrical engineering leadership to modernize systems and enhance reliability.
- Troubleshoot and optimize production equipment in real time.
- Own and support capital projects from idea through execution and startup.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive process improvements and technology adoption.
- Deliver measurable gains in efficiency, cost reduction, and equipment uptime.
- Serve as a technical resource to Operations and Maintenance teams.
