Job Responsibilities
- Maintaining the integrity and compliance of the Blue Water Gas Storage facility
- Engineering design and support of well drilling and well abandonment operations
- Engineering support for projects and maintenance activities
- Monitoring and tracking storage inventories
- Monitoring and tracking integrity of wells and reservoir (API 1171)
- Monitoring and overseeing workovers and well logging
- Compiling and interpreting data, maintaining records
- Working closely with Management to maintain compliance regarding PHMSA Regulations (Storage Integrity & CFR part 192) as well as Environmental and Safety
- Providing support for audits and inspections
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related technical discipline. In lieu of Bachelor's degree, an Associate's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related technical discipline with five years of engineering/project management experience will be accepted.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Geological, Chemical, Mechanical)
- 2+ years of experience in computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- 2+ years of underground gas storage experience
