- We are looking for a local Project Scheduler with a min. of 5 years of hands‑on experience using MS-Project to develop large schedules for industrial tooling installations.
- Strong knowledge of MS Project, including the ability to create and modify large MS schedules
- Work closely with PMs, key stakeholders, engineers, and subcontractors to collect project timelines, key dates, updates, and changes.
- Integrate subcontractors' schedules into master schedules
- Develop and maintain large construction project schedules using MS Project
- As the MS Project subject matter expert, provide technical support to other team members
- Gain project information through PM’s, subs, project documents, reporting data, and observations of construction & installation.
- Manage, store, update, and disseminate collected information to key parties
- Support daily and weekly project meetings onsite or remotely using MS Teams or any other means
- Obtain timely information from key team members
- Implement subcontractor activities into master schedules
- Update and report the status of projects to project teams and customers
- Bachelor’s in construction management or engineering is desired but not required
- Minimum 5 years of developing MS Project schedules for construction, automotive, or manufacturing experience
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work with all levels of the organization, client, and subs
- Experience with schedule building (templates and from scratch), importing other schedules into the main schedule, working with multiple schedules, and knowledge of critical path theory
- General knowledge of schedule logic, precedence, and sequencing
- Identify and analyze critical path activities
- Travel is not required for this position
