Industrialization Engineer
Reporting to Benjamin, Head of Industrialization Methods, you will work independently to drive the industrialization of new electronic products on projects with high technical stakes for the Methods department.
Your main duties will include:
- Defining operational modes and production flows associated with new products.
- Designing the architecture of assembly lines and defining necessary equipment and tooling.
- Analyzing industrial risks (AMDEC) and proposing adapted solutions to secure processes.
- Providing all necessary elements for manufacturing: technical documentation, work instructions, industrial means, etc.
- Supporting production teams during ramp-up phases until mass production.
You will carry out these missions in close collaboration with all departments involved in the project: process, test, quality, production, and project teams.

Profile Sought:
- Graduate of an engineering program with several years of confirmed experience in product industrialization, ideally in electronics, in a demanding industrial environment.
- You master an ERP system, ideally SAP, and are able to analyze customer needs to define an optimal production organization (workstation analysis, capacity, flow).
- You practice AMDEC.
- Independent, technically curious with good interpersonal skills, you like to work in a team and collaborate with different stakeholders.
- You have operational technical English, mainly spoken.
The position is based at our production site in Beaupreau, France.
