5. Team Support and Talent Development: Assist in human resource allocation, participate in personnel cultivation plans, provide professional technical guidance to global R&D teams, and enhance the overall technical level and R&D capabilities of the team.

6. R&D, Standards, and Testing System Construction: Assist in establishing R&D, standards, and testing systems related to forestry machinery. In the next three years, establish R&D system for the development and reliability growth of new forestry machinery products, complete self-owned standard system for forestry machinery, build standard testing sites and off-site assessment bases, and quickly establish a testing and inspection system to lay a solid foundation for the research and quality improvement of forestry machinery products.

4. Flexible Work Arrangement Ability: Able to carry out long-term guidance on product development in China, while also being able to conduct market insight activities in overseas markets, assist in planning product market introductions, and adapt to global business needs.
