You will lead cross-functional teams to advance SQDC outcomes, conduct value stream mapping, and facilitate kaizen events while mentoring staff in lean principles.
Up to 30% travel is required. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's and 5+ years in Lean/CI, with Aerospace experience and Lean/Six Sigma credentials.
