Continuing Analysis and Surveillance System (CASS) Inspections Analyst
Responsible to the CASS Manager for performing inspection data analysis, which continually analyzes and surveys the effectiveness of the 10 elements of the Maintenance Program.

Education and/or
Experience:
- Airframe & Powerplant License or military aviation experience preferred.
- Degree in Aviation/Engineering, related field or equivalent desired.
- Possess knowledge and understanding of aircraft systems and components.
- Excellent Analytical skills.
- Understanding of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) processes.
- Knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance, manuals, policies and procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and written/oral communications.
- Ability to interact with various levels of management.
- Intermediate knowledge and skills of computer applications:
Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point software required. - Ability to self-manage time schedules and deliverables.
- Proficiency with process development and general organizational skills.
- Must be a methodical and pragmatic problem solver and capable of simultaneously managing multiple projects.
Language
Skills:
Ability to read, write and understand spoken and written English. Ability to write detailed analysis reports and correspondence. Ability to give verbal and written directions to assigned staff.
Mathematical
Skills:
Ability to conduct basic mathematics; add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, decimals and to convert between different units of measure. Intermediate to advanced aptitude to perform statistical formulas and compute rates, ratios, and percentages.
