Stellantis seeks a Vehicle Dynamics Performance Engineer to optimize ride, handling, and stability for global vehicle programs. You will define performance targets, plan and execute vehicle tests, and use simulation and data analysis to tune suspension, steering, and chassis systems. Collaborating with design, CAE, and calibration teams, you will translate customer comfort and performance needs into technical requirements, support development of EV and software-defined vehicles, and drive continuous improvement in safety, comfort, and driving dynamics within a diverse, innovation-focused culture.
