Salary Range: $76,000 - $116,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for manufacturing applications and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to production software and hardware.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new applications and features.
• Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes and systems.
• Conduct training for end-users on new applications and system updates.
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of new manufacturing technologies.
• Optimize existing applications for performance and efficiency improvements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in applications engineering, technical sales, or field support within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of automation, robotics, PLCs, and industrial control systems.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLCs and industrial automation systems.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in a programming language like Python or C++.
• Experience with CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, AutoCAD).
