Process Engineer

Manufacturing and process engineering experience. I am currently partnering with an established manufacturing facility in Standish, MI on a direct-hire Process Engineer search, and your profile immediately stood out.

Education:

BS in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

Experience:

7+ Years in Process/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering

Systems Preference: ERP/MRP experience (Epicor / Kinetic preferred) & CAD tools

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Engineering within a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated success in a hands‑on production environment with responsibility for process improvement, troubleshooting and implementation
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems;
  Epicor/Kinetic experience preferred
• Working knowledge of CAD and manufacturing support tools
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
• Experience supporting or leading new product introduction, engineering changes, or manufacturing readiness activities
• Experience with structured problem‑solving methods, process controls, root cause analysis and lean manufacturing tools
• Ability to influence without direct authority and balance daily production support with longer-term operational improvement.
