Dealer Trainee - Graduation

Job Details Description SUMMARY

An individual must be able to attend classes 8 hours a day, five days a week, for 2 weeks. Must learn new games and be able to work flexible hours. Must have good math skills, dexterity, and ability to learn. Must have excellent guest service skills.

Classes will be held in a convenient New Buffalo location beginning March 23, 2026.

• Games taught:
  Blackjack, Three Card Prime and Louisiana Stud
• One convenient class time will be offered daily: 9 am - 5 pm
• Class attendance required: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, Monday - Friday
• Classes held for 2 weeks:
  March 23, 2026, through April 3, 2026
• Ability to pass an audition is no guarantee of an offer for a dealing position
• Classes are FREE to qualified applicants (Similar Classes in this area cost upwards of $850.00)

• Must be at least 18 years old to be employed by Four Winds Casino Resort
• Basic math assessment required prior to admittance
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a level 2 Casino Gaming License
• Three (3) or more day's unexcused absence will be cause for trainee dismissal.
• If unable to attend class, you are responsible to notify Four Winds Casino Resort.
• Tardiness will not be accepted, 10 minutes or later is cause for exclusion from class that day. Further, the tardy day will be assessed as an unexcused absence.
• Four (4) unexcused tardies will be cause for permanent exclusion from training.
• Proper attire, and a professional appearance and attitude are expected at all times.
