Incredible Mo's Entertainment Center is looking for friendly, outgoing people to join our Attractions Team, with a variety of roles available throughout our entertainment center.

Whether you enjoy working directly with guests, running attractions, helping with bowling and arcade experiences, or becoming an Escape Room Game Master, we have opportunities for different personalities and strengths.

Our Attractions team is often the first face guests see when they walk into Incredible Mo's, making these roles an important part of creating a fun and welcoming experience from the moment guests arrive.

Depending on your role and shift, you may:

• Greet guests and help get their visit started
• Help guests with bowling lanes and general questions
• Run bowling lanes and assist guests throughout their experience
• Sell and reload arcade game cards
• Operate our arcade redemption counter and help guests select prizes
• Explain our different attractions, packages and options
• Help guests choose activities that best fit their group
• Keep attraction and guest areas clean, organized and ready to go
• Greet Escape Room guests and prepare them for their experience
• Explain Escape Room rules and instructions
• Game Master Escape Rooms, monitoring games and providing clues when needed
• Help create a fun, friendly and memorable experience for every guest

These positions are a great opportunity to develop real-world customer service, communication and sales skills. You'll learn how to talk with guests, make recommendations, solve problems and help people get the most out of their experience at Incredible Mo's.

Previous experience is not required. We're looking for people who are dependable, friendly, comfortable talking with guests and willing to learn.
