This role is designed for a Financial Advisor who wants to focus on delivering high-quality advice, building long-term client relationships, and growing a practice while leveraging the infrastructure, support, and stability of an established firm.
What You’ll Do- Serve as the primary Financial Advisor for client relationships
- Provide comprehensive financial planning, estate planning coordination, tax referrals, and investment management advice
- Understand client goals, risk tolerance, and financial circumstances to develop customized strategies
- Conduct client review meetings and provide ongoing portfolio and planning guidance
- Develop new client relationships and grow existing ones through referrals, networking, and community involvement
- Collaborate with internal planning, operations, and investment support teams
- Maintain regulatory, compliance, and firm standards
- 5+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor or Wealth Advisor
- Series 7 & 66 or Series 65 (or ability to obtain)
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Client-first, ethical, and professional approach
- Demonstrated ability to grow and retain client relationships
