Finance Intern

The Finance Intern will directly assist the Finance Team with a wide range of projects related to expense report auditing, account reconciliation and customer pricing errors. Other duties include:

* Assist with month-end financial reports

* Assist with monthly operational reports

* Help with accounts receivable, payable and bank statement reconciliation

* Assist with audits

* Balance sheet reconciliation

* Support the payment processing team

* Data entry

* Credit checks

* Other duties as assigned

To qualify for this role you must meet the following:

* Current or recent enrollment in a graduate or undergraduate degree program with an interest and aptitude to work in Accounting.

* Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously;

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet applications;

* Ability to work nontraditional work hours as needed.
