Lead Teller
As a Lead Teller, you’ll support the branch by ensuring smooth and efficient teller operations while serving as a knowledgeable resource for the teller team. You’ll handle complex cash operations, assist with balancing and audits, mentor team members, and deliver exceptional member service. Your leadership helps drive operational accuracy, team confidence, and an outstanding branch experience.
What You’ll Do- Support Teller Operations:
Assist the teller team with questions, transaction guidance, and workflow support. - Lead Cash Operations:
Manage and balance the ATM, vault, cash dispenser, recyclers, and coin machines; ensure internal control compliance and complete required audits. - Resolve Issues:
Investigate and assist with teller out‑of‑balance situations and provide corrective direction as needed. - Serve Members:
Deliver excellent service through accurate transactions, product knowledge, and strong relationship‑building. - Maintain Security:
Ensure the accuracy and security of cash drawers, checks, gift cards, stamps, and other negotiable items. - Promote Products:
Communicate the benefits of Vibe’s products and services to help meet individual and branch sales goals. - Ensure Compliance:
Follow BSA, AML, CIP, and CDD procedures consistently. - Support the Branch Manager:
Provide performance suggestions, coaching insights, and assistance in staff development. - Maintain Standards:
Complete daily responsibilities, uphold member confidentiality, and ensure a clean, secure workspace. - Meet all established sales and service goals.
- Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service and sales abilities
- Excellent communication and professionalism
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure
- Analytical skills and sound judgment
- Comfort using Windows‑based systems and business equipment
- You’ll play a key leadership role in frontline member service.
- Opportunities to grow into MSS roles, Assistant Branch Manager, or beyond.
