Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I)
In this role you will obtain Securities Industry licenses (Securities Industry Essentials, Series 7 and Series 66) and receive dedicated training to develop core advisory skills. Upon licensing you will work in a financial center, delivering Bank of America’s banking, investment solutions, and client‑care approach while building and managing a portfolio of client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Acquire and maintain SEC‑required licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66).
- Build and nurture client relationships, understanding clients’ complex financial situations and providing tailored advice and solutions.
- Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to Bank of America and Merrill products.
- Deliver comprehensive client reviews and presentations with confidence.
- Progress through development stages, advancing to Stage II and beyond as a successful advisor.
- Self‑discipline in time and capacity management.
- Experience cultivating client relationships and recommending solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, building strong peer relationships.
- Results‑driven mindset, prioritizing client interests in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Adaptability to new technology and applications.
- Mandarin language proficiency is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or at least one year of financial services or sales experience.

Monday‑Friday, with occasional Saturday work required. Example schedules include 8 a.m.‑5 p.m. or 9 a.m.‑6 p.m.
Compensation and BenefitsHourly pay range: $28.85 - $33.65, based on experience, education, and skill set. Base salary only, no incentive eligibility.

Additional InformationThis position requires SAFE Act registration. Employees must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Failure to obtain or maintain registration may result in immediate termination.
Shift: 1st shift (U.S.A.). Hours per week: 40. Minimum education requirement:
High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
