We work daily to create an infrastructure that allows companies and research institutions to test, implement, and optimize the serial production of new batteries.

To strengthen our area of finance and controlling, we are looking for an engaged Institute Controller (m/w/d) who will support our team in various controlling and finance topics and contribute to the further development of our processes. In your role as Institute Controller, you will be responsible for our budget planning and high-level calculations. You will also be responsible for the precise and timely implementation of monthly and quarterly closings.

With your expertise, you will establish an efficient controlling for cost centers, cost types, and profit centers. You will design a meaningful reporting system for the institute's management. Through your initiative, you will optimize the cost accounting model and actively support personal controlling and organizational management.

You will contribute by

• Having a bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, business engineering, or a comparable field as the basis for your application
• Ideally, you already have professional experience in controlling
• With your team skills, resilience, and flexibility, you convince in everyday work
• You score with very good MS-Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerBI, and ideally have experience with SAP
• Very good German skills and good English skills complete your profile

The weekly working time is 39 hours. The position can also be filled in part-time. The position is initially limited to 2 years. There is a possibility of extension.
