This Personal Banker position is based in Lansing, MI at the Edgewood MI Branch.

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customers’ share of wallet.
• Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
• Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement to elevate client loyalty.
• Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions.
• Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
• Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience.
• Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
• Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools, and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively, driving customer loyalty.
• Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
• Demonstrate heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss.
• Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately.

• Roles at this level typically require an Associate’s or equivalent degree and related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. A minimum of 3+ years of experience is required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
