As a Relationship Banker Business Specialist within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Canton, MI.

The Relationship Banker Business Specialist will:
- Acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue.
- Proactively manage leads and generate referrals, leveraging knowledge of bank products and services to grow share of wallet and attract new consumer and business households.
- Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside of the branch, working with a range of partners to meet client needs.
- Differentiate the client experience through advanced conversation skills, delivering tailored solutions aligned with clients' holistic needs.
- Work with the branch team to identify consumer and business banking opportunities to create referrals.
- Create client loyalty and grow client share of wallet through a differentiated client experience.
- Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures.
