Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will lead the local finance function while partnering closely with corporate financial leadership. This role is responsible for managing accounting operations, financial reporting, cash management coordination, business planning, and strategic financial support for site leadership. The Finance Manager reports directly to the Vice President of Operations and serves as a key member of the management team.

• Manage business controller accounting functions.
• Manage Accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Provide Income statements, Balance sheets, and cash flow statements to close the books monthly and annually.
• Perform cash management in coordination with our corporate financial leadership. Banking decisions will be made at the corporate level.
• Provide financial review, and advice to top management on financial and strategic business decisions.
• Actively participate in business decision making as a management team member.
• Produce an annual business plan through a bottom-up process involving all facets of the business through leadership and teamwork.
• Provide financial reporting local and corporate management as required.
• Ensure all financial policies, procedures, and activity are legal and ethical. Inform management of any discrepancies immediately.

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3 years’ experience in a Controller, Finance Manager or similar financial leadership position.
• A positive disposition conducive to dealing with employees, peers, and management

• 5+ years’ experience as a financial leader during a business startup.
• CPA

M-F onsite 8am - 5pm

This is a Permanent position based out of Holly, MI.

The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
