Health Source Saginaw has beauty shop space available for lease to a Licensed Beautician to provide cosmetology services to Long Term Care residents of the facility, family members of residents and members of the general public. The Beautician operates as an independent contractor.

• A valid Michigan Cosmetology License
• Compliance with Michigan licensing rules

• Set their own service pricing
• Handle all billing and payment collections
• Maintain own accounting and tax reporting
• Provide own supplies and equipment

• Services may be provided to residents of the facility, family members of residents and outside customers. Health Source residents will receive priority scheduling for salon services when possible.
• Outside customers must follow facility visitor policies, infection control precautions and resident privacy protections.
• Health Source may limit public access during outbreaks, emergencies or regulatory restrictions.
