Behavioral Health Client Services Manager

Copper Country Community Mental Health is hiring a full-time Behavioral Health Client Services Manager to provide services in the Houghton County, Michigan area, with travel to other counties as needed.

• $48,695 – $63,886 annual starting salary based on licensure and experience.
• PLUS $5,000 sign-on bonus.

• Provide Supportive Services
  . Help individuals with severe mental illness and/or intellectual/developmental disabilities; some with co-occurring substance use disorders.
• Conduct Assessments
  . Evaluate needs and conditions to better understand each person’s situation.
• Create Individual Service Plans
  . Develop personalized plans using a person-centered approach to meet each person’s unique needs.
• Monitor and Evaluate
  . Regularly check progress and performance to ensure that service plans are effective.
• Maintain Confidential Records. Keep all information secure and private, adhering to confidentiality standards.

• Degree and licensure in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling preferred, however, other Human Service or Nursing degrees will be considered.
• 1 year experience working with those with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or mental illness is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in Houghton County, Michigan, and travel to surrounding counties as needed.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
